This tower is near the Auream Palace hotel a bit outside the city center, but it is reachable with car or bicycle. Not the best looking tower but it provide a terrace for excellent views of Bagan. This is the best way to have a bird eye view of Bagan as the hot air ballons are just too costly at US 300 per person. More
