We weren't sure what to expect - we just did the train ride rather than the dinner. What we got was a terrific raconteur who made the trip very enjoyable. What we didn't get was a scenic railway journey - it was through a wooded area and there was really nothing to see. But we learned a lot about the... More

The Railroad has fallen into a sad state of disrepair. We had visited Eureka Springs 25 years ago and the RR was a going concern and very well patronized. It really needs a fresh infusion of cash and enthusiasm.

We had a very enjoyable train ride for dinner one evening. The food was very good and the Baked Alaska shaped like a locomotive was a hit with all of the diners. I highly recommend this to couples.

We were somewhat pleased with the train experience. It was as advertised though. The food could have been better, the ride could have been longer (not really much to see unless you like to look at trees up close). The service from our waitress was outstanding, she was very polite and on top of things, never had to ask for... More

Having never traveled on a passenger train, the experience was incredible. The whole facility is authentic rail yard and the conductor we had on the Excursion Trip was a HOOT!

Had a wonderful time on the Dinner Train. Food was great. Atmosphere was great! Staff was very attentive. Definitely a good choice for entertainment.

went on a dinner ride, and the food cold and not good at all, what a waste of effort and money, and the train cars are very bumpy and loud

Its not a thrilling ride but worth the time and money. Especially if you have children. Or if you're old like us. The train takes you out just a few miles but the conductor has insight and shares it with you if you just quiet down and listen. The children will love being able to put a penny on the... More

Great for all ages. The conductor was so knowledgable and shared great stories about the railroad history. Our grandson would love it!

Historic trains and rail cars, we toured this place on foot its a walk thru museum mostly outside of course then we purchased a ticket to ride an antique train and while waiting in the railway station there are lots of historical relics and pics of the past, this train was used...
