I attended the Passion Play as a kid, and I loved it. However, the whole experience was dramatically improved. We ended up spending the late afternoon and evening to watch the Parables of the Shepherd, the Potter, and the Great Passion Play. Then we came back the next day to tour the Bible Museum, Sacred Art Museum, and Holy Land...

I've been going to the play since I was a kid and this past May I had the privilege of taking my children for the first time. The kids (ages 8,6,&4) were engaged in the entire play. They particularly enjoyed the live animals. If you have been before it would be worth another trip as the play has undergone dramatic...

We arrived at 2 pm and toured the Bible Museum and nice gift shops. At 3:15 we joined the Holy Land Tour which was rather longer than I expected...3 hours! Avoid the crowd by taking the next tour in 30 minutes. Tours are every half hour until last tour at 5:30 pm. Really enjoyed the Bible characters in period dress...

Reenactment of the final days before the crucifixion, the crucifixion, the resurrection, and the ascension! Over 170 cast members, live animals, huge open theater, seats over 4000!! Every Christian, and especially every non Christian, should see this!
Treat yourself to a personal up front view of the last days of our Lord on this earth and incomparable gift of sacrifice. The play does an excellent job bringing the Scriptures to life
We loved this place! I would highly recommend the behind the scenes tour! It gives you a totally different perspective of the play when you see it later. The venue is amazing! The play renders one speechless! Tears galore!

A friend asked me to go again because she heard it was under new direction. I hesistated, but went. I am so...

We had heard that it was going through tough financial times, but we were glad that it survived for another season. It is a very good play, for such a small town.
I was ready to love this. I've had family and friends attend over the years and they reported back that it was the highlight of their trip. It was nice and I enjoyed it, but I wasn't blown away like I wanted to be.
Why? Well, the music,by the London Philharmonic Orchestra, is glorious, but someone needs to lower the...
