It was interesting and we were happy we went. Rather pricey, but you have no options if you want to see the crater. More

I called a few weeks in advance of my PCS and the very nice lady informed me that their campsite was part of the 'tents for troops' program and that my 2 days would be free! We arrived and the staff was very welcoming and the site was very nice with some of the only trees you will see for... More

Yes it is just a big hole in the ground. But what a nice meteor crater. The drive to it is beautiful, the crater is cool and the museum and gift shops are better than expected. If you are interested in geology and/or astronomy, it is well worth the trip. More

This is a must do if you are in the area. Lots of truck parking and motor homes too. Great visitor's center. They also provid tours if you wish to go on it. Wonderful gift shop with a Subway right in the vsitor's center. The crateor was amazing. Go early, gets hot quick. More

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to Meteor Crater. Like others have commented, the entrance fee is pricey - but it is worth seeing. Our trip with Eduardo was great. He has a light-hearted, easygoing manner and is very engaging. He relates well to others and understands that a good tour is not about imparting facts, but about making... More

Fantastic site, easy to get to from the Interstate, and like nothing else you've ever seen. Although it's privately owned and managed, the quality of information provided is a+. More

$16 per adult to see a giant hole was a little disappointing, but I am glad I saw it and could cross it off the list! More

Forgive us For not getting too excited about what is basically a hole in the ground. We feel a charge of 32us is a bit steep to look at a hole in the ground, appreciate the significance but at 32 dollars a rip off. More

I went in the '90s and it was $10 a piece to get in then so it is probably twice that by now... we were at the end of our vacation budget so I went in with the movie camera so I could show it to the kids after we returned home. It is a huge hole in the ground,... More

I had seen Meteor Crater from an airplane many times so took advantage of a driving trip to stop in. I found the price to be very high for what was there. It is more impressive when seeing it from a plane than the ground view. I am glad I stopped to see it but it is not a place... More
