This was a truly wonderful day. We were especially lucky to have a private tour with Mr. Baird and enjoyed it thoroughly. Our picnic at the canyon overlook and a leisurely walk through the canyon was the perfect way to spend our 35th anniversary. More

We enjoyed this stop from beginning to end. It's a dry and dusty place, but we were surprised to enter the canyon to find water, greenery, and lots of petroglyphs. Our host and his daughter were friendly and entertaining. We're glad we stopped! More

We saw a brochure at La Posada and called right away. The owner met us, talked a bit (we assumed to make sure we weren't vandals) and left us with a national treasure. We went to this ranch and the owner showed us his buildings. He was a very kind and knowledgeable man. Fun seeing the old tools, implements, pottery. Then he took us to the canyon with all the petroglyphs (stopping at some sights along the way). He left us to climb down into the canyon, and we explored on our own.... More
