We got to look at snoopy rock every day since the hotel we were staying at, Amara Hotel & Spa, faces it beautifully. How fun and funny that a lot of the rocks have names.

Just watch for the two of them in Uptown or just before you get to 179 going toward uptown on 89A. Some of the restaurants show them very well like Wildflower Bread Company or Canyon Breeze.

Another great stop while you're in Sedona. Lots of great photo opportunities with this rock. You can also get pictures of it from Red Rock State Park.

Great trail off of route 179. Great hike but there were so many pink jeep tours it wasn't as peaceful and quiet as we would have liked. The jeep tours are loud as they are full of people talking.

From all the pictures online, I kept hoping to see this rock formation. I realized at the end of our trip that it was visible from our hotel and I had it in several pictures I took without even knowing it because it was smaller than I expected. But still cool!

One of the smaller mountains/rocks in Sedona, but from one side it really does look like snoopy lying down. There's a plaza with a great coffee place right by snoopy. Coffee place has great terrace and view.

Well, I wasn't sure what snoopy rock was until I stopped up at a store called Sedona's Hidden Treasures. They were nice enough to point out Snoopy Rock as they had a great full view out their back store windows. At the circle when you drive, see Victorian Cowgirl or Sedona's Hidden Treasures. Look up above building and that is... More

It is such a great natural wonder. Even the kids saw it! Not much more to be said but look for it in Sedona.
