The MNAD is worth a visit if you’re in the Recoleta area. This grand mansion sits just 4 blocks from the MNBA. I liked looking at the Great Hall from the second floor. a great opportunity to peek inside one of the amazing grand old homes of BA. Not all of the house is open for visitors but what is will give an understanding of what life was like for the upper, upper, upper class of the time. More

Beautiful mansion with lots of elements to see and admire. Great collection, including Rodin sculpture, El Greco, Manet, and Lagos, among others. English tours available on certain days. A nice little cafe also on the property. More

The art and artifacts were secondary to the mansion/architecture of the building. Go to see the house and how the rich lived 80+ years ago in a different era of B.A. More
