Basically the Standard tour is only in the first half of the cave where its wide, and the Adventure tour continues on until the end. However make sure you are fit, not claustrophobic, and not overweight because it involves lots of squeezing thru holes & gaps. At the visitor's... More

Far more impressive than expected, it is huge down there and the lights really make the most of the shapes of the stalagmites and tites.

I'm not a big fan of caves but these certainly had the wow factor - the sheer size and the formations are fantastic. I did the standard tour (the adventure one involves squeezing and crawling through small crevices) and it was great - the guide was very knowledgeable and amusing and the lighting in the caves is used to really... Nice cavern, good guide. Adventure tour possibly more exciting (if you are slim and have no problem in narrow places)

The Cango caves were incredible! We got to the caves as early as we could but it was still packed out with tourists when we arrived. It is a real tourist trap but absolutely worth the visit! 500 thousand year old stalagmites and stalactites form a ghoulish cavern deep under ground. Alien like pillars and fairy tale homes appear in... More

A wonderful experience, you go up and into the caves rather than down into them, stunning views, a must see attraction.
