This neat museum is housed in an old Powerhouse which contributes to a lot of its charm. Kingman Arizona is along one of the longest stretches of what remains of Route 66. Most of the Mother Road is long gone, buried under the Interstate Highway System or abandoned and forgotten. Museums like this one help to remind us of some... More

If you are a fan of the mother road, Route 66 this is a must stop. Great information and gift shop. Stop by and enjoy the place. More

This is a nice stop for those of us who remember the Route 66 of the fifties and appreciate knowing more about the long history of this great route. It is an old fashioned museum with static displays of old things and we felt good to be supporting the old stalwarts who are keeping this memory alive. More

Part of the Visitor's Center in Kingman, this is a great museum that is easy to see in an hour, and cost is nominal. We saw glowing reviews on trip advisor and so we stopped on our way driving from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas.
