loads of money here on this port but we found a bar to eat and drink for little money whilst sitting among yacht's costing millions. we can all dream. food was brilliant too.
This was a great night out at Wunder Bar - highly recommend this bar. The shops were very touristy and not at all like we were led to believe they were going to be like. Has a TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut and Costa Coffee if you wanted to go too (we didn't!).
Its still under construction with the central feature a TGI Fridays. One day it might be amazing but give it a miss until then
We when to Port Ghalib for a night out. Again Ahmed the Thomson rep did a fabulous job. In his time off he came with us to Port Galib and told us all there is to know about it. His knowledge and passion about Egypt know no limit. There are a lor of shops, bars, restaurants, a bowling alley and...

Quite a strange place. Really smart but quiet. Worth a visit from any of the surrounding hotels. Cocktails in El Vino are superb.
Lovely Marina, fantastic boats. Quite quiet when we visited but there are some shops as well as some bars to sit and relax. A beautiful spot.
If you are not staying or diving, there is little reason to visit. A rather sterile marina with a few tourist shops and restaurants. Maybe in the future it will achive its potential?
This was our only venture outside of our hotel. Port Ghalib is a great looking marina and leisure area. It is beginning to get a nice selection of restaurants, bars and shops. It was a little quiet, but think it will get bigger and better over the next couple of years.
