My husband and I did the Bridal Falls Kayak trip in August. We got a 2 for 1 deal with Groupons so this made it even better. Resurrection Bay is beautiful and it was really lovely to be Kayaking across the bay in the early morning. There were 11 of us with varying degrees of experience. Now I dont consider... More

To be fair the weather was rainy and windy. If the weather was better I am sure I'd have a better feeling about our stay here. We felt very exposed to the harsh elements - perhaps this is what you maya be looking for.

We arrived here looking to stay for a weekend and go halibut fishing in our boat. We were greeted with a 55.00 boat launch fee and our campsite was filthy from the previous campers. We opted to relocate to a campground in town and used the paved launch with docks, just $5.00, and a great little bait and tackle shop... More

Our family of 7 including 2 children ages 13 and 7 went out on the 4 hour salmon fishing trip with Miller’s Landing. Our captain was Chance and the deck hand was Tommy. There also were 3 other people not with our party on the boat. Chance and Tommy joked around but rarely offered to help or check on how... More

Not many people reach Seward, Alaska, and even fewer go the few extra miles to Lowell Point, where you find Miller's Landing. It's not easy to describe ML other than to say that it is the hub of beachfront/water sports activity in the area. There is a campground, a store, kayak rentals, water taxi service, and fishing charters. It's typical... More

My two sons and I were looking for something fun to do in Seward, so we went to Miller's Landing because we heard they would do a guided kayak trip. It was a last minute decision but they had a guide, John, who was able to take us out on the water on a beautiful day. It was the first... More

Unbelievable Experience! If you're in Alaska and want to do some great salmon and halibut fishing (and see some whales and sea lions to boot) go to Seward, Alaska and charter a boat with Miller's Landing. I'm sure all the captains and deck hands are great but none could beat ours. Captain Chance and his deck hands...Tommy & Brad were... More

We read several negative comments about Miller Landing while planning a visit and kayaking trip in Seward AK. We camped elsewhere so cannot speak to the campground or lodging conditions. Would like to share our observations connected to water taxi service. We checked in at the store/restaurant which allows smoking. A new restroom-bath house appears to be close to completion.... More
