I went with a college for Spring Break.. Everyone including the staff was shocked!! They took away everything including our money and we were treated like kids. When we signed up we were told there was activites and "free time". Which meant exploring the nightlife and shopping to us! Total opposite!! Just know what your getting into-- it was hell... More

This is an Amazing experience! Anybody that has the opportunity should do it!! I did a 13 day Underwater Explorers Course which was in both Costa Rica and Panama. We learned a lot about ourselves through out the trip. I learned to be more aware of where my foods coming from, that you don't need a lot of materialistic things,... More

I did the 13 day underwater explores course and had an excellent experience. I learned I lot about myself. One lesson that my whole course learned was that materialistic things don't manner, sadly we learned that the hard way by not being able to take showers and having to sleep outside. We got to scuba dive everyday, go paddle boarding,... More

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had! I was in the underwater explorers for girl scouts which included 13 days in both costa rica and panama. I made a bunch of friends, ziplined through tree canapies, white water rafted, hiked to organic chocolate/coffee shop, bat caves exploring, and my fav- open water scuba diving which now I... More

I went with my Girl Scout troop for 10 days and we had SO much fun hiking from place to place, belaying down a waterfall, playing mud soccer, surfing and just talking with the locals! Best. Trip. Ever.

I did a 15 day Girl Scout Service Challenge course and made a whole new family! The instructors are nice and they actually care about you! I met a lot of great, inspiring people. I got to help paint a school cafeteria in El Yue and help fix up this women's place and get bottles from the recycle center to... More

I took a 65 day Leadership Semester course with Costa Rica Outward Bound that included a wide range of activities from hiking and river rafting to earning certifications in Technical Rope Rescue and Wilderness First Responder. I have only good things to say about this organization - the staff are highly professional and knowledgeable, and as a whole, they manage... More

Best money I ever spent. She came back a different, and inspired, person. Was so terrific, we'll be sending our son this year! Only caveat - this is not a luxury trip. Basic amenities only with a close to nature experience.

My 16 year old daughter went on the 15 day multi element course this summer. While it was challenging mentally and physically, she had the time of her life! She could not stop talking about the trip and her adventures for months after. This was by far the best trip I have ever been on, it taught me to believe... More

Our son had the time of his life during the Panama kayak course. The staff were extremely helpful, warm, and knowledgeable. He had some amazing experiences, including serving some orphans in a remote Panama village. Sea kayaking, scuba diving, sleeping under the stars, wake-boarding and much more - all lead to an amazing adventure!
