Nice photographer but the staff was gruff, unsmiling, and yelled at us even before getting to the trees. I have zipped lined several times and this was the most unfriendly crew i have ever had on any type of tour. They yelled at me to get prepared, and throughout the trip seemed more concerned about each other than the guests. More
