I have frequented Monkey Bar (as its known in Tamarindo) many times for their happy hour. 1mil Colones for beer ! The service there is phenomenal, especially Danielle never letting my beer run empty. This restaurant/bar has a great view of the bay. Its recommended you walk up from the parking lot, otherwise there are many stairs. The food is fair, and the portions are big.
