The staff was great, the massage and reflexology excellent. It was the day of an triathlon so it was not as quiet as I like.

My husband and I did the hot stone massage and OMGOSH!!! It was the best massage I have ever had. And I have done a lot!! Definitely go, they also have a sauna and a hot tub you can get into after or before your massage. It's a must!
