We reached the bund in the evening and it was FILLED with tourists. Pretty crowded, but clean. All the places to sit were occuppied, so we just walked along the river bank. At night, it definitely looks good - with a lot of lights and tall buildings fully lit up. There is an underground way to reach here - it...

Don't bother going there during the day, wait until sunset for perfect photo opportunity.
