Friendly employees, fun family activity. The ship is amazing to go through and see and learn about everything it has been through. The hangers were fun for the kids, and the snack place was good for a quick lunch. More

There are three different color-coded self-guided tours that lead you around to the various areas of the ship. We decided to do first the tour that led to the top, outside portion of the battleship. Since... More

Wandering around the battleship was surreal, especially for ex-Navy husband reliving past. Teen daughter got inkling of ship life, military service, and deeper view into her dad's world. More

What can you say about the battleship Alabama exhibit but astounding. Climb all over 17 levels. The self guided tours are replete with photos and history of this great ship which earned 9 battlestars. The ship is well maintained by a large group of Navy veterans. Keep in mind that this exhibit is totally private and no state tax money... More
