Excellent view of the sea and landscape around. The drive to the fort is also good. Ruins still give a glimpse of history the fort has gone through. The fort walls on all four sides are still intact and you can easily have a walk around. More

The site reviewed is the seventeenth-century Portuguese fort standing on the north bank of the Mandovi River in Goa, India. Built in 1612 on the mouth of the river, the site is a huge fortification of ramparts and a lighthouse made from red, local, ore-laden laterite stone standing high above the estuary. it is far away ride from city , but worth if you are riding a bike, the scenic from the top gives a soothing relief to watch those sea tides falling on the rocks, they say you can even get lucky to spot a dolphin, but in very rare case. More

This is place is a must see & has so many beautiful places around it as well. The ocean view is breathtaking from here & surrounding sreas. The lighthouse is at least a one time see & getting up to it can be a squeezy experience. The jail & helipad area around it also makes a good see. More

Filled with exhilaration. It was the first time I had a completely unobstructed view of the Ocean and huge cargo ships. Plus the surroundings were extremely silent and all I could hear was the sound of water and the brush of strong air over the trees. Very soothing and relaxing to be there More
