The drive out to the shrine is so beautiful, with its winding roads and green pastures. There is a 7 am Mass daily and the bookstore opens at 8 AM. More

The grounds are just worth a visit in itself. The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament...there is no photography allowed in the sanctuary itself, however there are plenty of photo opportunities scattered throughout the grounds. I have never been so overwhelmed and being in the presence of God as I was on the grounds and in the Church. It was an experience that I'll never forget. Just got back from visiting the Shrine as well as EWTN headquarters and the Saint Bernard Abbey in Alabama. Beautiful area, peaceful and refreshing and best of all the monks at the Abbey. Prayed with them every day. Highly recommend. More

The church is phenomenal and the grounds and acreage surrounding is beautiful. You can feel the Lord's presence in the Church and on the grounds. The gift shop is very nice and has a large selection of christian gifts and materials. It is worth the drive to see! More
