Budva has a very small yet beautifull old town, surrounded by city walls. You can visit the citadel with museum and ancient city walls with amazing sea view, I liked Budva old city much more then Dubrovnik, although it is much smaller, but the spirit of old here was much more present. More

Try the cafe on the beach outside the walls for a beer or wine during or after sunset (coffee also OK). If there is a northerly wind, the city walls with brown windows looks great under the pounding waves. More

Although not as large as Dubrovnik or Kotor, Budva is a beautiful little town well stocked with sights, beaches, restaurants and bars. More
