Very interesting hacienda, there is a guide tour where they show you how to produce wine and pisco (to use for pisco sour). They also offer you to taste the different wines before you can buy them. It's the right place who likes winetasting.

Probably the best overall bodega visit for us in Ica (we didn't get a chance to visit Ocucaje, which is closed until March 2011). The bodega itself is gorgeous (used to be an old Spanish monastery, complete with a courtyard and belltower), and you have to drive through the vineyards to get to Tacama (great views with the dunes in...
