I went to the morning session and had a great time. The staff were so friendly and attentive. I cooked the Pad Thai, green curry, chicken cashew nut and green curry paste and all were delicious dishes that I can't wait to cook again at home. The kitchen overlooks the owner's herb garden and mountain so was a bonus for... More

We did the morning class, we were picked up right on time and headed out to the class. My partner and I were the only ones there, which was good because we got to choose what we made. We had a lady teaching us and she had great English and was able to explain all of the herbs and offer... More

I fully agree with and second Misswildchild's review from Feb 2013. My summary: - Nice location, great looking and tasting dishes - Instructor's English is minimal, seems he would rather be doing something else (rushed, no explanations or background into anything, not even when asked a specific question) - No one in our group learned why we were doing what... I went to the cookery class one afternoon a couple of days ago, very excited to learn some Thai cooking. I initially wanted to go to Time for Lime as I am only a couple of minutes walk away and I like the idea that profits go to the shelter (well worth a visit by the way), but TFL only... More

I booked a afternoon course, hoping it would last a whole afternoon and be a big experience, but I left feeling a little disappointed...I was the only one on my course, in a way I guess that was good because I got to choose all the dishes I wanted to cook (usually the group as a whole choose four out... We were picked up early in the morning by Chien (the instructor) who was very friendly. During the journey he was very talkative and welcoming. There were 4 of us in the class which allowed us all to have a say in what we cooked during the day which made the experience a lot more personal. We decided on sweet... More

We chose the morning session and were picked up from our hotel by our teacher Chien. There were only three of us in the class which allowed us 100% attention at all times from Chien. We easily agreed on the four dishes we wanted to cook and the class kicked off promptly. We were thrilled with the results of each... More

Worth to go! The teacher was very good and all the herbs and vegetables come from his own garden. Take a morning class to get private instructions.

My wife and I did the morning course with Chien. The group was fairly big but really well handled. We chose 4 dishes we wanted to cook as a group and were happy with the choices. It was very practical, hands on and within a good setting. There were ample supprt staff making sure everybody had ingredients and clean utensils... More

My partner and I completed this course in Dec 2012. Chien took the course. His English was good and he explained about the foods used in Thai cooking. Everything is sourced from his own land. We chose 4 dishes and cooked them but the best bit was eating them. They tasted great and you could put left overs in a... More
