Khlong Dao (Long Beach) was the best one on Koh Lanta that we saw. No rocks, gentle waves, and clear waters. Around 8:30 am boats arrive, however, to pick up and drop off hotel guests, and that was a little scary as there are no cordoned-off swimming areas. This is a problem we found on all Thai beaches. One of the better ones i've found in Thailand as you can easily get wet right up to your neck without having to lay down like a lot of the beaches in Thailand. Clean white sand not too crowded and occasionally some small waves to ahve some fun with. More
