We went to this cookery school in late December 2011 and had a great half day. Azmi was vey knowledgable about all aspects of Thai cooking and showed us round the garden, pointing out many of the ingredients used. The facilities are very modern and clean and everyone cooks individually (after watching Azmi do it) and then gets to eat...

After a recomendation from some friends we went for 4 hours of cooking at @ Home Tha Cooking. All I thought I knew of thaifood cooking was put upside down, and for the first time I succeeded to make a thai dish that actually tasted thai.
