El Aguila is one of the most famous wrecks in the area, and is a deeper dive than some of the others. There is usually a resident moray eel that emerges to greet visitors in a friendly fashion! Divers are shown how to navigate the ship's interior, if desired. More

First wreck dive for us but definitely the best dive of our trip. Wreck broken in three pieces all at about 100 ft. Groupers, eagle ray, turtles, and tonnes of other cool fish. Great location for West Bay dive shops. We went with Roatan Divers. More

The El Aquila wreck does not have a lot of life on it; it's a deep dive of around 100'. The Prince Albert on the south side of the island has a lot more life and at about 50' it's a much better dive. More
