The place is incredibly wonderful! Beautiful nature, turtles and these little crazy creatures all around you!!!! Before my first visit to Ecudor i could hardly even think about meeting any iguana some day, it seemed i would simply die if only see this monster next to me! But this fear totally disappeared as soon as i saw this lovely animal,... More

The iguana park was a complete surprise to me. There are a lot of them - casually moving about in their home space - which they share with turtles, birds and the resident friendly squirrel looking for handouts. The iguanas are beautiful and its amazing to watch then climb trees and hang out on branches with the birds. There was... More

We only had a few hours in port due to tidal conditions. I had visited Guayaquil for a few days before and after a cruise to the Galapagos a few years ago. Therefore, I knew exactly where I wanted to revisit . I took the ship's shuttle bus for $15 round trip. It left us off at the main plaza... More

I was amazed with the huge iguanas hanging on the trees and lying on the floor, it was unbelievable. I loved this place. More

What a great time. The Iguanas aren't shy and happy to pose for pictures. Just remember to be careful walking under the trees. They're everywhere. More

We enjoyed our short trip to the park. Its just a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk, Malecon 2000 and well worth the detour. The iguanas are everywhere and very comfortable around people. You can take plenty of photos. It is a city park, just a small square, so there is no entry fee. More

This is a tiny little park, it´s real name is Parque Seminario, it is so cool though because it is filled with HUGE iguanas! They are mainly in the grass and up on the trees, but some will come out for a stroll along the visitors. There is also a little pond with tons of turtles and fish. My Kids... More

After spending 5 days in the Galapagos Islands, this park is a dirty pigeon infested park with some iguanas spread out on the grass and in the trees. This city is very dirty and not very appealing, but if you want to stop by and take a picture with the iguanas, they don't seem to mind. More

Parque Seminario is an excellent place to go for a quick visit. The iguanas are not afraid of humans so it's really quite easy to get a few nice pictures. Meeting native Ecuadorians in the park is quite easy, seeing as many take their children to see the animals. And it's in the middle of downtown Guayaquil, only a few... More
