This is a beautiful city with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The winding streets are a joy to wander round. Marco Polo's house is worth a visit. More

Having visited Dubrovnik a few days before Korcula old town is almost like a miniature version. It's set out almost like a fish bone skeleton with one main street and tiny streets running off.
