Very good stroll up and down. Lovely views from the fortress to the port. Not much to see around the fortress itself, but nice piece of history.

we didn't spend much time here but the views were great. There's also a cafe and souvenir shop

It's actually not a bad climb, and you will be rewarded by the view. I would do it for the sunset, I had the fort to myself and a great view.

Stunning views of the little town, costs very little to get into the fort, well worth the walk.

The views, the views, the views. If you're a photographer, amateur or otherwise, you must make this climb. It's less than £3 to get in, and though it's not much more than a fort to clamber around, it's worth it. And did I mention the views?

Worth the walk up for views and only 25 kuna to go in pp.

Beautiful views! Worth the steep climb up. Cafe at the top (open during the main tourist season only)

This beautiful Hvar's spot could be explored better.

Walked up the hill from Amfora - just for the stroll and left cash at hotel. There was no way we would be allowed past the gate so it was a wasted walk. But then it is a great way for 70yo to keep fit.

This place is worth the climb, for the architecture of the place, as well as the awesome views over the harbour and Pakleni Islands.
