We did a half day session, and really enjoyed it. Good introduction to Chinese cookery, well planned and taught. Nice environment to be in, and was exactly what we were after. Market tour was a nice extra, although we'd already been round a couple of markets so no massive surprises. Pick up was well organised. Great value.

From meeting at the market and experencing at first hand the intriguing variety of fresh produce available, to cooking and eating our lunch, we had a most enjoyable and informative session. Jackie and the rest of the staff were most helpful and patient and our whole family of four found it a fascinating way to get close to Chinese cuisine.
