“Family fun on the water. Good swimming, fishing, and boating!”

Thank goodness this little gem in NW Alabama was spared by the tornadoes that hit in April! There is good bass fishing from shore, and a great boat ramp if you happen to own a boat. There's even a little playground for the kids. Most sites are waterfront and the cost is very reasonable. More

Twin Forks on TVA's Upper Bear Creek Lake in Bear Creek, Alabama is a combination of a campground, baseball fields, playground, and boat launch. The boat launch and lake require a BCDA permit available at local service stations in Bear Creek and Wal Mart stores in Haleyville or Russellville. There is a camp fee.
