I drive through it daily and it is really like a garden (jardins in portuguese means gardens). Lots of trees and green in the middle of the streets and buildings. More

Safe area, nice cafés, shopping, promenade. A walk on Rua Oscar Freire is very relaxing and you'll find lots of nice and cozy places to stop buy. A very good option supermarket, gourmet, is the Casa Santa Luzia. More

It is an area where the nice people live in high buildings. It have very nice restaurants and exclusive and expensive shopping places. It is a very good area to see people and take a look in the city fashion trends that is not in the closed and busy shopping centers. More

Worthwhile for a stroll, some window shopping and a nice take away coffee or sit down and people watch. Several nice restaurants for lunch or dinner. More

Here's where your pockets will be empty. The restaurants, the stores... Everything is just as fancy as they are expensive. Plan to walk around Oscar Freire Street, where you can have a coffee and do some window shopping. Really nice. More

It's very different shopping than the rest of Sao Paulo. Boutiques with very unique designs architectually are next to each other. It's very pleasant to walk in and out of every shop and enjoy the whole area ~ More
