This is a perfect place to take a break from the hustle and bustle of Sao Paulo, and see hundreds of chickens! It has a track to run on, a small arboretum, and a number of playgrounds.
It was a place to stop when riding horses to the city, more than a century ago, and a bit of this aspect is still in this park. You can see hens around, and many nice places, benchs, to rest and watch nature.
If you are near it and want to go to a park, OK. But, don't take your time to visit is otherwise. It was a fairground and it was interesting. For long, fairs have been transferred to another place and this park lives on local services. Not bad. Not good either.
It's not a bad park, but there are better parks in São Paulo city, like Ibirapuera or Villa Lobos. It seems to be old, and there are not many things to do.
the place could be nice if it had better maintenance. Looked abandoned. And being in almost the center of the city, it lucks parking space.
One of the green areas in this big city of Sao Paulo. You will find attractioins if you have small children up to the age of 7-8 . Nice place to you morning exsercises but not more than that. Not a must visit.
