An essential part of any Rio visit. Try to go early or late to avoid the crowds. Absolutely world-class views. You will take far too many photos! Quite expensive, so make sure you choose a good-weather day. Not for those nervous of cable-cars, as it takes two to get to the top.

Doesn't take long to get a ticket for the cable car, I thought the whole experience would be just waiting in line all the time. The views are amazing, I defiantly regret not booking the helicopter tour as it was quite cheap but unfortunately I didn't have enough time on my guided tour. the clouds came over for a bit... More

It's amazing to contemplate that egineering achivement of 100 years ago that created this two-tiered cable car climb to the summit. The views are fabulous and the flowers, fauna and even little lemur monkeys at certain times of the year are so engaging - another not to be missed site in Rio

The ride to the top is as good as the views from the top. Don't be fooled as I was the first sop is not the top. There are two trams that you have to take to get to the very top. The first one stops at level from which you can see one part of the city and the... More

Is a bit too expensive 25$ for a cable car service but looking the sunset from there was a nice experience.

It's a bit crowded but take some time and enjoy the view. It is spectacular. There are a few cafe's on top and a 360 degree view. Life feels pretty good at the top.

Incrdible views. All kinds of other activities, like people climbing the mountain. Many different trees to see. Monkeys too. Time in the cabs is minimal but like a ski lift great views.
