This is THE shopping and restaurant street in Buzios, with cobblestone pavers. The stones themselves are large, and walking (especially after a few cocktails!) can be difficult and even hazardous. Great place to go for shopping and dinner! There are lots of good restaurants in this area. Plus, you can walk out and see the beach with all the boats. Really pretty.

You can't avoid Rua das Pedras if you come to Buzios! It's where everything is happening! Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. I walked it and walked it for hours each day and found something new to look at! Really cute cobblestone lined roads...just beware, things in Buzios is on the expensive side. It was nice to amble along this busy street and amble you must as the paving is shocking! A nice mix of bars, restaurants and shops and a very pleasant holiday atmosphere.
