I was in Belo Horizonte for 2 weeks and spent one weekend in Diamantina ... LOVED IT !!!!!!!!!!! One of the best kept secrets of Minais Gerais ... quaint little city heavily influenced by Portuguese architecture, food and culture. It's listed on the UNESO list of world heritage preserved sites ... cobblestone streets and buildings dating back to the 1800's... More
