Wonderful self contained apartment situated in southern Sydney, NSW, Australia.
Very close to the beach, looks over a river. Has a beautiful garden where you can sit and enjoy not only food, but also wild life: possums and birds.
The apartment has a comfortable lounge, kitchen where I was able to cook, lovely large bedroom and bathroom.

My first visit to Ise Shrine and it was drizzling. It was a cold weather when I arrived at the outer shrine and offered a prayer. Spend an hour walking and admiring the structure and landscape. After that, adjourn to the inner shrine and continue visiting the different shrines at the surrounding. The trees are amazingly tall and unique. The...

It is not just that you can't visit...

Ise shrine is a peaceful and truly beautiful area. It is not just one building, but a huge area of gardens and various buildings, all of which are magnificently maintained. It is a Mecca for the Japanese, and a truly sacred place. There are beautiful stone archways, reflective fish pools, and quaint (but unobtrusive) shops where you can buy tasteful...

The trip to Ise Shrine is a welcome break from city sightseeing. The Naiku temple complex is situated among spacious beautifully kept gardens and forests with picturesque bridges spanning the river nearby. This is truly one of the great sites of Japan. On the day we were there, bus loads of Japanese arrived and followed a prescribed path past temples,...
