As far as tours are concerned, the amount of time one is afforded to really see the memorial pieces insde is very limited, the halls are often crowded with workers going about their business, groups are large enough it is hard to hear what is being said so the tour itself is not real good if that is what one... Very interesting. Each tour group has two enlisted military personnel escort you thru portions of the building, but make sure you go on-line and make your reservations months ahead of time. More

Our public tour was led by an Army guy and an Air Force guy, both in their late teens or early twenties.
