This was a great little 1 hour cruise that took you up the Potomac and by some of the most interesting sites DC has to offer. the Captian was great and there was snacks and beverages on board for additional fee. it was a cool experince worth the trip and the price was very inexpensive.

Went on the Washington monuments scenic cruise along the Potomac. Very easy to get to the marina, parking only $5. You can sit outside on the top deck of the boat or inside with the air conditioning. Very informative about the history and the sights along the Potomac. Can get off in Georgetown and pick the boat back up later.

We took the boat from the Gaylord National Hotel to Alexandria for some sightseeing and shopping. The boat was clean and tidy and the captain and staff were friendly and competent. We enjoyed the round trip and thought it was good value for the $16 return fare. And it ran on time both ways.
