We really enjoyed the Esthers Follies show. Definitely not a family show, but none the less funny. Magician was the best!

This place is like a local SNL with some magic thrown in. I had no idea what it was going to be like and was happily surprised! You can buy a few drinks, then get ready to enjoy some magic, songs, and dirty humor, not to mention some political funnies. A great time!!

Have to admit it was a hoot - small venue, goofy humor, fun magician, singing, political satire. Have a drink, relax, and laugh. Then go walking and enjoy the nightlife on 6th Street - or end it with a nightcap at the Driskill.

The show we saw was basically Texas, Republican humor but they did poke fun of a lot of people. The actors were funny and the way they incorporated the 'stage' outside on 6th st was funny.

A lot of fun and very topical with today's stories. Very imaginative and high energy, a must see in Austin!

Austin has more than music...it has comedy, too. The talented Esther's troupe uses hilarious comedy, music and magic to skewer politicians, the sexes, the quirks of Austin life and much more.
Be sure to pay attention to what's going on outside the theater's windows during the show.

We thought this sounded fun, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our 10-day trip to Texas. We purchased reserved seats which were small theater seats with good views, but would have preferred the unreserved tables up front. The show is fast-paced and packed with riotous political, offbeat, and Texas humor and music. We had a...
