We got there around 9 p.m. There were only about 4 other people there. We waited around til almost 10 p.m. and only a few more showed up. It is all outdoors with a romantic atmosphere, candles, palm trees, and the open air/space overlooking the beautiful downtown city. Be ready to climb about 70 or 80 steps!
