I was charged $275 to play this course on Sunday afternoon. The fairways were decent, but somewhat burnt-out and most bunkers had the sand washed-out of them, leaving you to play off of baked mud. None had been raked since whatever storm caused the damage. The condition of the greens and tees was good. My electric cart failed after 15...

The Hill Country has a unique beauty all it's own!! The spa and golf courses of Barton Creek are second to none!! You won't be sorry you took the time out to visit Barton Creek!!
Pricey as a resort guest unless you get a package deal. Awesome course. Must play for a golfer when in area. Take time to use the practice area.

This is a beautiful resort in a fabulous location. Nestled in the hills outside Austin, you can really begin to appreciate "Hill Country", even driving out to this location.

We treated a group of our wedding guests to a round of golf here the morning of our daughter's wedding. They said it was a great course, the rental clubs, food and service were also excellent.
You simply should not miss any opportunity to visit Barton Creek, whether it is to bask in the cool (sometimes down right cold) waters of the creek or enjoy the sunshine and clean air of the rest of the park.
Umm....Tom fazio! Need I say more? He is an architectural genius! Both of his courses here are top notch.
This course is the member's favorite. Starts off easy, then gets progressively harder. Beatutiful design, lots of elevation changes, very few homes or distractions. Depending on the time of year, watch for wild deer and/or wild turkeys. The practice area is terrific, too.
