The potential is certainly there for a lovely garden in Rizal Park, but they just weren’t that impressive. Simple gardens without many flowers or interesting plants. A few lakes were interesting and the shady boardwalks were full of locals passing the time. They seemed to be conducting works in the garden, with a heap of labourers wandering around the place.... Ether they guy that takes your money cant do math or he is trying to take your money. I gave him 100p and he gave me 40p back it cost about 10p to get in. I told my pinay what had happened and she said some tough words in tagalog and he gave up the rest of the money. More
