The largest beer mug in pewter is here. Wow can take thousands of liters. Interesting to see how they do all by hand especially the jewelry department

To get there, take the LRT to Wangsa Maju station, then hop on a taxi and it costs only 4 ringgit. Once we entered the centre, one staff come to us and asked us where did we come from. Then, another staff who could speak fluently our mother-tongue language come to guide us. I think this is really sweet and... More

We went here as part of our half-day city tour. It was actually really interesting and you see a huge factory where it is all produced, and you can watch the process as well. Large shop at the end where you can buy things, as well as a cafe if you want food and drink.

Visited here on a sunny day of April 2013, my first impression is the warmly welcome of Royal Selangor. They have a team of young and enthusiatic tour guides coming from many countries China, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philipine, ... who are always willing to talk for hours about their company as our tour guide named Trang Tran, a lovely girl. Royal... More

Visited here early May 2013, received pewter mugs in past so really interesting to see the history & making of all their products. Considering most of their products are still hand made the quality is fabulous. Good tour to take.

Wonderful place to visit and learn about the history of pewter in Malaysia. Bought lots of gifts, but also got to try our hand at making something. Very cool!

We only had an hour here however watching these people work to such fine tolerances was really interesting, as for the product, pure quality. Definitely recommend this.

Pewter factory that crafts some of the beautiful pieces and has a Guinness Record holder tankard at the entrance is something I recommend to visitors of KL. What I enjoyed most was the School of Hard Knocks, that lets you create your own pewter bowl and you get to know a bit about the hard work that goes behind creating... More

Found this place of interest from TripAdvisor. The visitor centre is free of charge and free guided tour. The tour guide is very friendly and explained every pieces of display item in the exhibition rooms, and answered our questions patiently. I like the most was the "factory visit", see the real people working in the factory, try to "tap on... More
