Great for those who enjoy shopping.... wifi connection is free. Food was also extensive. But again no souvenir shops for Osaka :(

Love this area when we're in Osaka. So many shops and food. And the covered shopping arcade is perfect when it rains.

When I paid with a credit card the owner or whomever appeared annoyed that I did not have a pin number (preferring to sign the charge slip) and... More

It took 58 minutes none stop to cross. the shopping was amazing. the shops are sometimes 3 and 5 storeys tall. There is an amazing food culture nearby and in the Shinsaibashi. We went down exploring nearly every day. We found heaps to spend out money on. Cheaper than we thought too.

It;s shop till you drop here at Shinshaibashi. Many great shops abound. Very busy though. There is a Zara store at one end of the entrance.

Shinsaibashi Arcade is the best shopping street in all Osaka. It has something for everybody--brand name shops, department stores, boutiques, food shops and 100yen shops, etc. Fun place to people watch, too.
