We got the train from Kyoto to Shin-Osaka, walked through Diamaru, straight into the most amazing sights ever. The fantastic signs, the food...everything you can imagine, the fashion shops....so gorgeous! Lots of food in Dotonbori, very place to visit, hang out and shopping. Love the dragon noodle, very delicious

Great street food and people watching, as for shopping not so great, not many deals. Stay with the street food, ramen stands etc.. skip the restaurants.

This cafe/shopping street and its surrounds are well-worth a wander if not a udon lunch in one of the many noodle cafes which abound in the district. It is a short walk from the main Namba railway station and underground trains

This place is simply amazing! Food, shopping, performances, lights, fashion! Hundreds of eateries and shops to explore. The beautiful thing about Dotonbori are the lights, billboards and signboards.
