Yes I agree with the other reviewers that Hep Five is quite expensive, but some of the clothing and shoes is very different and if you are there like we were when there were change of seasons sales you can find a great little bargain. I'm not a very trendy person. I don't spend 3000 yen on a single shirt. I wear Nike running shoes as an everyday shoe. I don't wear glittery shirts with non-sense English phrases. A local recommended me this place for cheap shopping. Although it wasn't that cheap, it's really much more affordable than some of the local department stores. The fashion here is a little more young though.
At the top of the mall there is an arcade land with rides and stuff as well as a ferris wheel. I'm not really into...
