The safari park is part of the Chimelong Resort area with a circus, a water park and a resort so a great area to plan for a couple days. I only when to the safari park which was fairly easy to get to. You basically get off the metro and a shuttle takes to you the whole resort area and... More

We were short on time so only did the Safari Train ride and a walk to the Panda Bears. The Panda Bears were the cutest and best Zoo experience i have ever seen. I could not take my eyes off them and didnt want to leave. We also had a photo with a baby tiger and was able to feed... More

We visited this amazing place on the recommendation of a friend who worked with us at The International School of Macao, and we were so impressed that we took our Grade 7 students there later on a field trip. We also took them to the amusement park, the water park and the circus which are all part of this enormous... More

Absolutly almost everything needs money a small branch of leaves for feeding giraffes costs RMB $15 and a small pice of meat to feed the tigers cost RMB $10 and it was more like a zoo not a safari. More

The kids will love this place. It's a little bit out of the way, unless you already have plans in Guangzhou, but it's pretty cool. We stayed at the Chimelong Hotel, owned by the same company, and it was good, and we went here on day two. If you want to spend more time and have an opportunity to get... More

We arrived at the Safari after lunch and there were not so many people when we arrived so basically have the park by ourselves. The area is vast and the climate is cold which is typically good for the animals. Before 3:00pm, people started to fill up the park since there were shows like the elephant show, bird show, etc.... Some days are just plain awesome. It's as simple as that. The day we spent at Guangzhou safari was one of the (if not THE) most enjoyable day ever! :) This is the biggest safari in Asia! And it is big. BIGTIME! :) At 180RMB and while it is actually a mixture of a zoo, some animals shows (BOO for... More
