We have just come back from a Baltic Cruise with NCL. The BEST thing we could do was to take the HIGHLIGHT RUSH 2 day tour with I TRAVEL. Definantely worth it!. We visited the most important sites in SP with a private guide (KATIA) she is a walking library and she is a great person. We skpped the lines... More

We have just come back from a Baltic cruise with NCL, which was FAB. The only disappointment was the price of the excursions on the ship, especially St Petersburg as they know you need a Visa which is costly if you get your own, I thought we had to book a excursion with our ship but after googling I found... We undertook to visit St Petersburg in 2011 and because of the visa requirements to Russia, we arranged for a 3 day visa with I Travel SPb, a local licenced tour company. We did all arrangements online and as we had one of our party a paraplegic, we required a special Wheel Chair friendly tour vehicle. We tried 6 different... More

We had two days in St. Petersburg, Russia as part of Holland-America’s 12-day Baltic cruise. As the four of us had been to St. Petersburg several times previously and had seen all the main tourist sites, this time we wanted to pick and choose some favorite “off beat” things to do and places to go. We developed our own itinerary... More

We did the private 2 day tour, just 3 of us, it was pricey but they delivered everything promised. Only problem was no time to eat anywhere decent but that was OK since we hit a lot of sites including the Cruiser Aurora and a private canal tour. Too bad Putin won't get rid of the stupid visa requirement though... More

We were only in St Petersburg for one day and, in spite of advice from our cruise company not to book tours through local companies due to visa complications, our party of 4 booked a tour of St Petersburg through I Travel SPb at a lower rate than the cruise company charged for a large group. We were very impressed... More

We went on a Baltic cruise in May 2011 and booked a 7 person private tour with Anna. We were met by Olga at the cruise port. We were given a very spacious 18 passenger bus for our exclusive use. We went to Peterhof, Hermitage, subway ride and ate at a local Russian restaurant. Olga took her time to explain... More

My sister and I booked a two day tour in St. P. We were told there were two other people booked from our ship on the same tour, so we were put with them. We were the only ones and it was wonderful having a semi-private tour. The guide was delightful and helpful. We made the usual stops and were... More

From past experience my sister recommended that we made our own travel arrangements in St. Petersburg rather that booking the cruise line's own coach tour. After finding Anna's website and an exchange of e-mails we booked the trip. The cost whilst expensive at £580 for a family of four was similar to the cost of of the CC's coach tour,... More

Anna, http://bestguides-spb.com or email: [-], was our tour guide for two days. Anna provided us with a customized tour, handled the Visa, provided tour tickets before we left. Both Anna and our driver, Alexander, took care of us during our two days. We spent 4 hours in the Hermitage, toured Peterhof, toured Pushkin/Catherine's Palace, Alexander's Palace, took a canal cruise,... More
