It's the worst hall in Moscow. Bad, poor and half-empty sound. There's one thing I've noted - no matter who performs there and what is being performed, the audience leaves the hall immediately once the concert is over. Barely any demand of ancores, they just want to get out of there faster. Atmosphere in the hall is so depressing. But...

You can reach the Hall by using the Metro Mayakovskaya.
The concert hall has great acoustics, a roomy stage, unpretentious backdrops and moderately comfortable seats. An intelligent and varied audience usually fills most the hall. The programs may start late, a very common phenomenon in Russia. Like all the concerts that I have attended in Moscow though, the best part...
