Hello, YES, Moscow Planetarium is now a shameful parody on the educational facility that it was BEFORE its infamous 17 years long renovation. 1/ The present owner in order to milk MORE money form the building in the center of Moscow squeezes as many ( separately paid) fixtures as possible; as a result under on roof ( cupola) now we...
